The 4th  Annual Tritons Pub Nite was another successful event much to the efforts of a number of people. Arlene Regeling and her hard working committee have managed to out do themselves yet again, by easily surpassing the amount raised last year.  Also many  thanks to Tim Whittaker for his efforts in coaxing his sponsors to donate some sizable gifts that contributed greatly to the night’s total.

Special thanks go out to the ownership and staff of the Ocean Park  Village Pub for the service and food that was enjoyed by all in attendance. We look forward in doing it again next year!

Finally, I wish to thank all the parents who attended last night  for their support; without it,  this event would have not been possible nor  come close to the success it was. Thank you to all.

The White Rock Tritons Baseball Club has established an account with Willowbrook  Recycling Inc.  that will allow us and  friends of the baseball club to simply drop off all their recycleables at their Langley location. In turn the club will be credited with 99% of the total redeemed.

SImply place the items in a bag and clearly mark our account number and name on the bag and drop them off. No lineups no waiting for the items to be counted,  it is that simple. If you choose not to drop off your reclycable items at the depot, you may make arrangements to have them dropped off at the park instead.

Start collecting your bottle and cans now. Tell your friends and family members too. Every little bit counts. This program will be in affect for the remainder of the year.
