Ticket Selling Instructions
1. There are prizes for the families that sell the most tickets.
2. Tickets must be sold in groups of “5 for $10.00”.
3. You will be issued 100 raffle tickets in a zip lock bag. You will have until December 17 to sell your tickets. All ticket stubs and proceeds must be returned to Russ Smithson no later than December 17. Please return your ticket stubs and proceeds in the zip lock bag your tickets were distributed in. Please write your name on the bag prior to returning it to Russ.
4. Each ticket must have the top stub completed with the ticket buyer’s name and phone number or email address, you keep the ticket stubs with the buyer’s contact info and leave the remainder of the ticket with the buyer.
5. DO NOT LOSE THE TICKET STUBS. They are the only way we can keep track of who purchased the ticket. (the supplied zip lock bag is a great way to keep everything organized and safe).
6. Return all ticket stubs and sale proceeds to Russ Smithson as soon as you have finished selling.
7. When you sell all 100 tickets, contact Russ Smithson for more tickets.

If you have to miss a session, please be sure to email or text the instucting coaches well in advance. There is no excuse for no showing.
