Team Paolini dodges another bullet in defending their hold on the Team Bowling championship Saturday night at the Sandcastle Lanes. Although shorthanded and despite the totally feeble attempt of two of the team members to demonstrate any imagination to follow the theme of the evening,  Paolini's pack of misfits some-how managed to avoid further public embarrassment by pulling off yet another convincing win.Special mention should go to both Bergsma and Stone who their  picked up their team with their exceptional play and outstanding fashion sense.The losers (too many to mention) still retain the distinct honor of "dressing up" for the next team event, Vancouver Giants game, date TBA). In addition to the play by the majority in attendance, many risked further embarrassment by picking out very well coordinated outfits for the evening of high competition. 

It would now appear that many have found their true calling in the world of fashion. We should expect to see the likes of these two Tritons as seen on the right, strutting their new creations down the "red carpet"  Special mention should go out to  a couple more of the memorable fashion statements made on Saturday night.

In keeping with more of the true spirit of the season,  many of the junior members from the club displayed their Christmas finery in the form of their favorite sweaters of the seasons. Although there were a few that chose to merely settle on their favorite tee shirts much fun and laughs were had by all those players and most of the coaches who decided to show up .

Finally and by no means least, Santa also made a short appearance to hand out his gifts to all those favorites that were on his list. Highlighted by a personally autographed travel diary of none other than teen super-star Hannah Montana pictured here with the proud recipient ( the local president of her fan club).  

Others that some how managed to get on the list were proud to receive what  appeared to be meant for their little sisters as seen below.
