As a result of information that was relayed to us yesterday, there has been a change in the tournament dates.

For those planning on attending the tournament slated for the July 4th weekend please take note of the following. The tournament will now end on Saturday July 2nd NOT the 4th as previous scheduled. For those who have already booked rooms please make the necessary changes to your reservations.

Information concerning the teams accommodations for the July 4th tournament has been posted on the “Parents Page”. Please make sure you book your rooms ASAP if you are planning to travel with the club.

For those who have NOT secured sponsors your mandatory fee is now due. Additional late charges will be applied  on June 1st. for outstanding amounts that remain unpaid.

All Player Accounts have been sent out to those who have outstanding fees remaining after rebates have been factored in. We are asking these totals be addressed as soon as possible.

A final reminder that all fees have to be paid in full  by July 1st.

The WRSSBA registration form is required to be filled out by everyone with our club. This fee is paid directly to the association as part of  our responsibility  as a member of this organization. 

The funds collected go directly to the WRSSBA, however  in return we recieve considerable financial assistance that frees us from the costs related to  field lights, user fees, umpires fees and some maintainance costs. In addition to these savings, we recieve a sizeable  annual contribution from the WRSSBA  that asists in dealing with our operational budget needs each year. We view this realtionship as a positive one that continues to pay us many long term benifets.

We ask  these forms be completed  and returned as soon as posisble in order thy can be processed as not to delay this process.
