The White Rock Tritons 18U club returned from Las Vegas and their annual Spring Training trip Sunday. The 10 day trip was highlighted by witnessing a mammoth 500′ home run from the bat of Byrce Harper of CSN in a conference game versus Western Nevada.
Following that game Friday night, the players were treated to a very unique meeting with Harper where he signed autographs and the ball he hit out; a very special evening to say the least.
The Tritons Baseball Club wishes to thank the entire coaching staff of CSN, in particular Head Coach Tim Chambers and Asst. Coach Fouts for allowing us the use of the entire facility and their assistance in making during our 10 day stay a memorable one.
We would also like to thank Mr. Ron Harper and his family for their gracious hospitality during our visit.
