Current White Rock Triton, RHP/Inf., Burke Seifrit was taken in the last round of
today’s MLB Draft by the Toronto Blue Jays.
Seifrit is expected to follow through on his signed a Letter of Intent to attend College of Southern Nevada in the fall. None the less we want to congratualate Burke on this worthy recognition and wish to extend our cogratualtions to both Cathy and Mitch Seifrit, Burke’s proud parents.
With this selection, Burke joins a long list of current PBL players taken the in this the last day of the Draft. In total 7 PBL players were selected with Langley having 5 selected. Paul Barton from Parksville was also taken earlier.
