The White Rock Tritons Baseball Club wishes to pass along our condolences to the Bailey family for their loss. Chuck’s undying love for the game and the kids who played it will likely never be equaled. Baseball has lost one of its greatest friends with the passing yesterday of Chuck Bailey.

It is with regret that I advise you that Chuck Bailey passed away at approximately 8 pm this evening in Surrey Memorial Hospital.
Chuck was admitted this morning for complications arising from his three year battle with leukemia, and his entire family was at his side at the time of his passing. I have passed along the best wishes and condolences of all of us in Little League. Admittedly, it will be impossible to fill Chuck’s "shoes"….for those of us in Surrey, and those in Whalley LIttle League, after 50 years, it is hard to imagine a Little League season without Chuck Bailey.
